Tips for ordering from the OTTO ROTH webshop

Here are answers to the most frequently asked questions.

How do I order from the webshop?

You can browse the OTTO-ROTH Group product range in the webshop at any time and search for the article you are looking for. You need to register to be able to order article. You can register online using the registration form. Companies and tradespeople are eligible to register. Private individuals do not qualify for orders from the OTTO ROTH webshop. After having verified your data, you will receive access data for the shop by email within 24 hours.

How do I log in?

After having received your access data by email, click “My Account” to log in to the webshop.

How can I change my password?

If you would like to change your password, log in to the webshop under “My Account”, click “My Account” and enter your new password there.

How do I manage my customer data?

After logging in, you will find all relevant customer data and settings under the “My Account” button.
The Company section features the master data saved for your account and lists all users with corresponding authorisations. You can create new delivery addresses or change delivery addresses here. Click the Statistics tab for a helpful evaluation of your orders from the webshop.
Click Orders for a list of all orders with the corresponding details and the current order status. The Order lists section allows you to create and manage repeat orders. Upload your orders manually, by scanner or by importing an Excel list in Quick order. For the import to be successful, the file must feature the OTTO ROTH article number and the desired quantity. Click Offers for an overview of current offers.

How can I create further users?

If we have saved your account with an administrator role, you are authorised to create additional users for your company. For this purpose, click “My Account”, select the Company tab and initially select the desired role or authorisation level. Then click “Create Contact” and complete the corresponding fields. If the “Send email for passwort setting” check box has been activated, the person will receive an email to log in and create a password. In “Budgets” you can create a limited budget for users.

Which shipping methods are available?

You can currently choose between the following shipping methods in our webshop:

Which payment methods are available?

The following payment methods are currently available at OTTO ROTH:

  • On account
  • credit card (Visa, Mastercard)
  • PayPal

How can I create order lists or repeat orders?

You can create repeat orders in our shop as an Order List. Order lists can be transferred to the shopping basket with one click, making it very easy for you to procure your standard articles. You can either select “Create Order List” or “Add to Order List” in the shopping basket to create an order list or alternatively create the order list in your customer area.

How can I complain about articles?

If you would like to complain about a delivery, please contact the contact person responsible for you and state all relevant information (order number, invoice number, article, delivery slip, reason for the complaint etc.). We will look into your issue as quickly as possible and will be in touch at short notice regarding how to proceed.
