Delivery and Payment
For deliveries within Germany, unless otherwise agreed, we charge shipping costs of 6.95 euros.
Orders with an order value of 100 euros or more are delivered to you free of charge.
Standard | We will ship your order with the next grouped consignment in the agreed delivery cycle. Delivery period 1–5 working days |
Parcel service | Depending on the weight of your order, you can choose to have your order delivered by our parcel service provider. Delivery period 1–3 days |
Haulier | Depending on the weight of your order, you can choose to have your order delivered by our hauliers. Delivery period 1–3 days |
Collection | You can also pick up your order yourself at one of our subsidiaries. You will receive an email as soon as the goods have been made available. You can find an overview of our pick-up markets here. |
